  • User and transaction records are retained for a minimum of five years. If a user discontinues wisdom Hub International , their data will be retained for up to one Nepali economic year, ending in the month of Ashad. Regardless of account status, a minimum of one year of user history, including payment records, will be maintained. After the completion of internal and regulatory audits, the data may be permanently deleted from our system. In the event of a system breach or hacking attempt, data recovery will depend on our backup infrastructure. As part of our policy, the system performs regular automated backups to ensure that user data can be restored accurately and securely if needed.
